Winter Beef Vegetable Soup


If you make the Beef Roast up above, you can use the leftover beef and broth to make this soup.

1 lb Leftover Roast Beef,Chopped
2 c Low Sodium Beef Broth
1 cn Low Sodium Tomatoes
1 lb Frozen Mixed Vegetables
1 c Cabbage,Shredded
1/2 c Turnips,Cubed

Combine all ingredients in a large Dutch oven. Simmer until vegetables are tender.
