Showing You How To Give Up Sodium Without Giving Up Your Life

Tortilla Chips

If you have a deep fryer you can make your own salt free tortilla chips easily. I've included an estimate of the amount of oil in the nutritional analysis, although i have to admit that part is a bit of a guess. You can also make baked chips from your tortillas, which would reduce the amount of fat. I like these sprinkled with a little of the frontier salt-free taco seasoning you can also buy unsalted tortilla chips, of course, but once you've had these fresh and warm you won't want those anymore. Just like you used to get at your favorite Mexican restaurant.

1 Corn Tortillas
1 t Oil
