Teriyaki Fish


This recipe uses the soy sauce substitute which is a separate recipe on the website. You can use low sodium soy sauce, but be aware of the extra sodium you are adding

1/4 c Flour
1/8 t Black Pepper
2 Catfish Fillets,About 6 Ounce Each, Cut In 1" Pieces
1/4 c Soy Sauce Substitute
1/4 c Sugar
1/2 t Sesame Oil
2 T Oil
1/4 c Chives,Chopped

Combine the flour and pepper in a zipper bag. Add the fish and shake to coat. Heat the oil in a large skillet. Add the fish and cook until done. Remove from skillet. And the soy sauce substitute and sugar to the pan. Cook and stir until the sugar is melted. Stir in the sesame oil. Add the fish and chives and stir to coat.
