Sweet Potatoes With Pecan Topping

We made this a few weeks ago It's a really tasty sweet potato casserole, made with mashed sweet potatoes and a crunchy pecan topping. It would be good with Thanksgiving dinner, but we'll probably skip it this year. It has a lot of calories for a day when you'll probably overeat already.

3 c Sweet Potatoes,Mashed
1 c brown sugar
2 eggs,lightly beaten
1 t vanilla
1/2 c Skim Milk
1/2 c Unsalted Butter,Melted
Topping
1/2 c brown sugar
1/3 c flour
1/3 c Unsalted Butter,Melted
1 c Pecans,Unsalted, Coarsely Chopped

Combine first 6 ingredients. Pour into a buttered 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients together and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes, until hot and browned.
