Sweet Potatoes Squash And Apples

This makes a great side dish with pork aor any fall meal.

2 c Sweet Potatoes,Cut In 1" Cubes
2 c Butternut Squash,Cut In 1" Cubes
1 Apple,Peeled And Sliced
1/4 c Apple Juice Concentrate
1/2 t Cinnamon

Cook sweet potatoes and squash in water until almost soft. Drain, return to pan. Add apple and juice concentrate. Cook until apple is tender. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
