Sweet Potato Casserole

We had some left over baked sweet potatoes to find a use for (my son is still learning how to figure how much is needed to feed a given number of people) and this was the result. It wasn't any more popular than the original ones, but it wasn't any less popular either. And it's incredibly easy to make.

3 lg Sweet Potatoes,Cooked And Mashed
1 cn Crushed Pineapple With Syrup
1/4 c Brown Sugar

Mix ingredients together. Place in covered casserole dish and heat in 350 degree oven until heated through, about 15-20 minutes.
