Sippin Soup

Ever long for one of the new microwave soups that you can carry around and sip on? Why not make your own. I find that a cup of this when I get home cures that hungry feeling, without adding much sodium or calories.

2 c Low Sodium Chicken Broth
1/2 c Onion,Chopped
1/2 c Celery,Chopped
1/2 T Thyme
2 c No Salt Added Tomatoes

Simmer vegetables and thyme in chicken broth until tender. Transfer to blender container and process until smooth. Add tomatoes and process until entire mixture has been evenly pureed. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
