Shrimp In Tomato Cream Sauce

Valentine's Day dinner .... this is the kind of meal that looks like it's a lot more trouble than it really is.

1/2 c Onion,Finely Chopped
2 ea Garlic,Minced
6 Roma Tomatoes,Chopped
1 cn No Salt Added Tomato Sauce
1/2 t Oregano
1/2 t Basil
1/4 c Red Wine
1 c Non Fat,Non Diary Creamer
1/2 lb Shrimp,Peeled

Cook the onions and garlic in a little olive oil until soft. Add tomatoes and simmer about 5 minutes. Add wine and cook until sauce is slightly thickened. Add tomato sauce and spices. Simmer 10 minutes. Stir in creamer and cook to desired thickness. Add shrimp and cook until just pink.
