Seafood Stew

The taste of this stew is warm and satisfying. It does contain a little more sodium than most of our recipes, but it's really all you need for a meal with a slice of homemade bread or a breadstick. You can vary the mixture of fish and seafood to fit whatever you have and like. The crab meat has a bit more sodium than the other seafood. Leaving it out would save you 50 milligrams.

2 c No Salt Added Tomatoes
4 c Low Sodium Chicken Broth
4 oz Frozen Spinach
1 md Potato,Diced
1/2 c Carrot,Sliced
1 t Seafood Seasoning
1 lb Catfish,Cut In 1" Cubes
1/4 lb Shrimp
1/4 lb Crab Meat
1/4 lb Scallops

Combine first 6 ingredients and simmer until potatoes are almost done, about 20 minutes. Add the fish and seafood and simmer 10 minutes more.
