You can vary the mixture of fish and seafood to fit whatever you have and like. The crab meat has a bit more sodium than the other seafood. Leaving it out would save you 50 milligrams.
2 c No Salt Added Tomatoes Combine first 6 ingredients and simmer until potatoes are almost done, about 20 minutes. Add the fish and seafood and simmer 10 minutes more.
