Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

I'm still getting red peppers from the garden, 2 weeks after the first frost. I've been roasted and freezing as many as I can, which means I'm looking for ways to use them. This is a simple sauce that is great over pasta or chicken.

3 Roasted Red Pepper
1/2 c Sour Cream
1/4 t Black Pepper
1/2 t Garlic Powder

Place peppers in blender or food processor and process until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; blend well. May be heated or used cold over meat or pasta.

Yield: 6 Servings
