Raisin Oat Bran Muffin Mix In A Jar

1 c raisins
1/2 c Dates,Chopped
1/2 c Brown Sugar,Packed
2 c oat bran
1/4 c buttermilk powder
1 T Sodium Free Baking Powder
1 t cinnamon
1 c flour
------- Added When Making
1/3 c oil
1 c water
2 eggs

Layer ingredients in order given into a 1 quart wide mouth canning jar. Be sure to firmly press each layer into place before adding next layer. Attach these directions to jar when giving as a gift Raisin Oat Bran Muffins Empty jar into a large mixing bowl. Blend dry ingredients thoroughly. Add: 1/3 cup oil, 1 cup water and 2 eggs Mix until just blended. Don't over mix. Fill 15 standard size muffin cups almost full. Use liners or spray with cooking spray. Bake at 425F for 15 minutes.
