Quick and Easy Home Fries

Here's a shortcut version of home fries that are every bit as good as the one at the little greasy spoon diner.

2 Potatoes
1/2 c Onion,Chopped
2 T Unsalted Butter
1/4 t Black Pepper

Microwave potatoes on high until soft through. While potatoes are cooking, sauté onions in butter over medium heat. Add potatoes, breaking up into bite sized pieces. Cook until potatoes start to brown. Sprinkle with pepper.
