Pork And Rice A L'orange

My daughter made this for dinner one night last week and it was great. We'll definitely be having it again.

4 Pork Chops
2/3 c Long Grain Rice
1 c Water
1 c Orange Juice
1/2 c Apples,Chopped
1/2 c Raisins
2 T Brown Sugar
1/4 t Cinnamon

In skillet, brown chops on both sides. Remove and set aside. In same skillet, cook rice in drippings until golden. Stir in water and orange juice. Bring to boiling. Stir in apples, raisins, brown sugar and cinnamon. Turn mixture into a 9x9x2 inch baking dish. Arrange chops on top. Bake, covered, in a 350 oven for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes more.
