Pickled Cucumbers And Peppers

Scott sent along this recipe that he made for Thanksgiving. He reports that they came out very crunchy and tasted like a cross between a sweet and a dill pickle.

4 Cucumber,Sliced
3 Green Bell Peppers,Sliced
1 qt Cider Vinegar
1 qt Water
1/4 c Splenda

Slice all into thin slices and submerge in vinegar for two days. Pour off vinegar, and rinsed once with clean water followed by further soaking for two days in solution of water and splenda. Drain and serve.
