Pepper Relish

If you like a less sweet relish, you might want to give this one a try. It's great on burgers or mixed into potato salad dressing or the stuffing for deviled eggs.

2 c Onion,Chopped
2 c Red Bell Peppers,Chopped
2 c Green Bell Peppers,Chopped
1 c Sugar
1 qt Vinegar

Chop onions and peppers and drain. Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer until slightly thickened, about 25 minutes. Pack into hot sterilized jars , leaving 1/4 inch headspace. Seal and process 10 minutes in a boiling water bath.
