Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
We made these last year for the first time and they were great. The recipe makes a lot, but you can freeze the cookies once they are on the baking sheet and take them out in small batches and cook them later.
1 1/2 c Brown Sugar,Packed
Heat oven to 375. Mix brown sugar, butter, peanut butter, eggs and vanilla. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly with greased bottom of glass dipped into sugar. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown; cool.
