Mediterranean Fish Soup

This is a soup to warm you on a cold night. Or perhaps to make you think you are looking out over a blue sea. A slice of bread is all that's needed to make it a meal.

4 oz Orzo,Or Other Small Pasta
1/2 c Onion,Chopped
2 ea Garlic,Minced
1 t Fennel Seed
2 cn No Salt Added Stewed Tomatoes
1 cn Low Sodium Chicken Broth
1 T Parsley
1/2 t Black Pepper
1/4 t Turmeric
12 oz Fish,Cut In 1" Cubes

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside. In a large non-stick saucepan sprayed with vegetable oil spray cook onions garlic and fennel seed until onion is tender. Add tomatoes, broth and spices. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Add fish and simmer until fish is cooked through, about 5 minutes. Divide pasta among 4 bowls. Ladle soup over pasta.
