Light Rye Bread

We made this to use for sandwiches with left over new year's roast beef, using my new christmas bread maker. I prefer it without the caraway seeds, but suit yourself. It makes a nice, light loaf either way.

1 c Water
1 1/2 T Oil
1/4 c Egg Substitute
1 1/2 t Sugar
1 c Rye Flour
2 c Bread Flour
1 T Caraway Seed
1 1/2 t Yeast

Place ingredients in the bread machine in the order specified by the manufacturer. Process on wheat or whole grain cycle.
