Lentil Brown Rice Soup

A hearty vegetarian soup of lentils and rice.

2 T olive oil
3/4 c celery,chopped
3/4 c onion,chopped
6 c water
3/4 c lentils
4 c no salt added tomatoes
1/2 t garlic powder
1/4 t pepper
3/4 c brown rice
1/2 t rosemary
1 T Worcestershire
1/2 c carrots,shredded

Sauté celery and onion in oil in a Dutch oven. Add water and lentils. Cook 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except carrots. Simmer 45-60 minutes. Add carrots. Cook 5 minutes more.
