A little added flavor for the meat accompaniment to your pasta. While you have the sun-dried tomatoes out, you might want to search through the archives for the sun-dried tomato sauce.

1 lb Ground Beef
1/2 c Sun Dried Tomatoes,Chopped
1/4 t Garlic Powder
1/2 t Basil
1/2 t Oregano

Mix all ingredients together. Form into patties and grill or fry to desired doneness.
