Impossible Pizza Pie

We'd been talking about pizza for several weeks, but somehow I hadn't ever gotten around to putting the crust in the bread maker in time. So I went looking for the old Bisquick impossible pie recipes and borrowed generously in creating this recipe.

1 medium onion,Chopped
1/3 c grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c Flour
1/2 t Sodium Free Baking Powder
1 c Skim Milk
1/2 c Egg Substitute,Or 2 Eggs
8 oz No Salt Added Tomato Sauce
1/2 lb Extra Lean Ground Beef
1/4 c Green Bell Peppers,Sliced
1/2 c Mozzarella,Shredded

Heat oven to 400. Grease 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle onion and Parmesan cheese in pie plate. Stir flour, baking powder, milk and eggs until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake 20 minutes. Spread with sauce; top with remaining ingredients. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is light brown. Cool 5 minutes.
