Honey Mustard Rolls

This could easily be made as a loaf of bread rather than rolls. It has a sweet, yet tangy taste. Great for a chicken sandwich. You should be careful to read the labels of any mustard you buy. I've seen it range from 0 mg of sodium to over a hundred per teaspoon. The sweeter mustards usually have less and work well in this kind of recipe. The nutritional figures below assume a honey mustard with 25 mg per teaspoon.

3/4 T Water
2 T Honey
2 T Mustard
2 T Unsalted Margarine
3 c Bread Flour
1/2 t Paprika
1 1/2 t Yeast

Place ingredients in bread machine in order specified by manufacturer. Process on dough cycle. Remove dough and shape into 12 rolls. Place on greased baking sheet. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes. Bake at 375 until golden, about 20 minutes.
