Honey Baked Apples


A great finish to your grilled meal. And the best part is it cooks while you're eating the rest of the meal.

4 Apples
1 T Honey
2 T Lemon Juice
1 T Unsalted Butter

Core apples and cut slices through skin to resemble orange sections. Mix together the honey, lemon juice and butter. Divide mixture and spoon into apple cores. Wrap apples in greased heavy duty aluminum foil, fold up and seal. Grill until tender, about 20 minutes.
