Hearty Oatmeal Bread

Wonderful slightly sweet flavor. Great toasted for breakfast or for sandwiches.

1 c Quick Cooking Oats
2/3 c Skim Milk
1/3 c Water
1 T Unsalted Margarine
2 1/2 c Bread Flour
3 T Brown Sugar
1 t Yeast

Spread the oats in a baking pan and toast in a 350 degree oven until lightly browned, about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place ingredients in bread machine in order specified by manufacturer. Process on whole grain cycle.
