Hamburger Stroganoff

Another of those meal in a skillet meals. In my opinion, this one is just a easy and a lot better tasting than the old Hamburger Helper Stroganoff.

1 Onion,Chopped
1 lb Ground Beef
4 oz Mushrooms,Sliced
1 T Flour
1/2 c Low Sodium Beef Broth
2 T No Salt Added Tomato Paste
1 c Sour Cream

In a large skillet, brown ground beef with mushrooms and onion. When meat is cooked, sprinkle flour over top and stir to mix in. Add broth and cook until thickened, scraping any sticking bits from the bottom. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream. Serve over hot cooked noodles.
