Grilled Marinated Chicken Breasts
These thin grilled chicken breasts make great sandwiches. They are also good sliced on top of a salad or stirred into a pasta salad.
2 Boneless Chicken Breasts
Combine all ingredients except chicken in a zipper baggie and mix well. Slice breasts in half crosswise, making two thin fillets from each. Add the chicken to the bag seal and marinate 2 hours or longer, turning occasionally. Remove chicken from marinade and grill over medium heat until done, turning once.
