Fresh Veggie Pasta Sauce


A nice way to use some of your fresh garden vegetables. Serve over pasta or rice.

2 T Olive Oil
2 ea Garlic,Crushed
1 Red Bell Peppers,Chopped
1 1/2 c Zucchini,Sliced
1 c Mushroom,Sliced
1 t Oregano
1 t Basil
2 T Lemon Juice

heat the oil in a large frying pan. Saute the garlic until lightly browned. Add the peppers and saute until almost soft. Add the zucchini and mushrooms and saute another 3-5 minutes. Stir in the herbs and lemon juice.
