Fresh Berry Muffins


We are going to have enough breakfast stuff here to last us the rest of the summer. Fortunately, I have 15 quarts of frozen berries to keep me going.

2 c Flour
1/4 c Egg Substitute
2 T Unsalted Margarine,Melted
2 t Sodium Free Baking Powder
2 T Sugar
1 c Skim Milk
1/2 c Strawberries,Sliced

Stir together the dry ingredients. Mix together the rest of the ingredients and stir into dry, stirring until just moistened. Spoon into greased or paper lined muffin tins. Bake add 350 for 20-25 minutes, until done.
