Foccacia Rolls

These rolls makes marvelous sandwiches. I like them with egg and Swiss cheese for breakfast, a filling breakfast sandwich with around 160 mg of sodium.

3/4 c Water
2 T Olive Oil
2 c Bread Flour
1 T Sugar
1 1/2 T Yeast
1 T Basil
1 t Rosemary
2 T Parmesan Cheese

Place first 5 ingredients in bread machine in order specified by manufacturer. Process on dough cycle . Remove the dough from machine when cycle ends. Pat into 8x12 rectangle on little floured counter. Cut into 6 4-inch squares. Place cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick vegetable oil spray. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes. Make depressions in top at one inch intervals with finger. Sprinkle herbs and cheese over top. Bake at 400 until done, 15-18 minutes.
