Easy Crockpot Curry

This is one of those flavorful, aromatic meals that it's so nice to open the door and fine waiting when you get home on a winter's evening. It's also easy enough to make that you can easily throw it in the crockpot as you're heading out the door in the morning. The sauce is kind of thin and works well with something that will absorb some of it, like rice or couscous. If you can't find the no salt added stewed tomatoes, regular tomatoes will do.

4 Chicken Thighs,Skinned
1 Onion,Quartered
1 cn No Salt Added Stewed
-Tomatoes
2 T Curry Powder
1/4 t Garlic Powder
6 oz Frozen Peas,No Salt Added

Place the onion in the bottom of the crock pot. Layer the chicken on top. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over. Cook on low 8 to 10 hours or on high 4 to 5 hours.
