Easy Apple Dessert
Here's a timely dessert with apples being in season. The microwave preparation makes it especially quick and easy. Serve with Cool Whip topping.
1/2 c Graham Crackers,Crushed
Spray a microwave safe pie plate with non-stick vegetable oil spray. Spread the cracker crumbs in the plate. Cover with apple slices. sprinkle with spices. Sprinkle raisins over top. Pour juice over. Cover and microwave for 15 minutes.
