Why Donate?

LowSodiumCooking.com is free ... and always will be. There is no requirement for anyone to pay for the information here. That's the way it was designed and the way I will keep it. My original idea was a place where people could get information to help them make the transition to a low sodium lifestyle. Every time I get an email from someone who has found the information useful, it just serves to verify that this is something important to do. But that doesn't mean that the site is without costs. I currently spend about $100 a month on it ... primarily hosting costs for the site, costs for the service that sends the newsletter to almost 5000 subscribers and some paid advertising on Google to help more people who need the information find it. Then there are other costs such as the annual fee to register the website name and the software that performs the nutirtional analysis.

Bottom line, I'm just a working guy like most of you, trying to help people here in my "spare" time. So if you can afford to and feel inclined to help cover the costs with a small donation, it would be greatly appreciated.

How to Donate

Clicking the link below will take you to a secure site run by PayPal, an eBay company that processes online payments. If you already have a PayPal account you can send money either by credit card or check. If not, you can sign up for an account for free. I don't receive any information about the payment except your email address. Your payment information is protected under PayPal's privacy policy.

If you prefer not to make payments online and still want to do something, you can also send me a check directly to:
