Crockpot Pork And Sweet Potatoes

One of those meals that just takes too long to fix when you get home from work, transformed into an easy crockpot creation.

4 Sweet Potatoes,Peeled And Sliced
2 lb Pork Loin Roast
1/2 c Brown Sugar
1/4 t Cayenne
1/4 t Black Pepper
1/4 t Garlic Powder
1/2 t Onion Powder

Place potatoes in bottom of a slow cooker. Place pork on top. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over pork and potatoes. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours. Remove pork and slice. Serve juices over pork and potatoes.
