Crockpot Jambalaya

I'm a big fan of jambalaya and similar rice dishes. This is a easy way to make it, simple in preparation. And there's something very nice about coming home to a house that smells of Cajun cooking.

1 lb Chicken Breast
1/2 lb Andouille,Homemade
1/2 lb Shrimp
2 cn No Salt Added Tomatoes
1/2 c Green Pepper
1 c Low Sodium Chicken Broth
1/2 c White Wine
2 t Oregano
2 t Parsley
2 t Cajun Seasoning
1 t Cayenne
2 c Cooked Rice

Cut up chicken and crumble sausage. Chop onion and green pepper. Put all in slow cooker/Crock Pot. Add remaining ingredients, except shrimp and rice. Cook in slow cooker/Crock Pot on low for 6-8 hours. 30 minutes before eating, add cooked shrimp and cooked rice; allow to heat Can be cooked on high for 3-4 hours instead.
