Creole Seasoning

Creole is more of an "in town", upper class cuisine than Cajun. As such, it tends to have a more complex blend of flavors, with less reliance on the heat of cayenne pepper. This seasoning mix will still give your recipes some kick, but also a lot of flavor.

2 1/2 T Paprika
2 T Garlic Powder
1 T Black Pepper
1 T Onion Powder
1 T Cayenne
1 T Oregano
1 T Thyme

Combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container.
