Cranberry/Orange Muffins


Easy to make and a good healthy way to start the day.

1 3/4 c Flour
1/4 c Sugar
2 1/2 T Sodium Free Baking Powder
1/4 c Egg Substitute
3/4 c Orange Juice
1/3 c Oil
1/2 c Dried Cranberries

Stir together dry ingredients. Combine egg, juice and oil. Add all at once to dry mixture. Stir until just mixed. Fill 12 greased or paper lined muffin cups. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes.
