Cole Slaw 2

For those of you who prefer a vinaigrette rather than a creamy dressing on your slaw. Feel free to add green peppers and other veggies if you like.

2 c Cabbage,Shredded
1/3 c Carrot,Shredded
1/4 c Oil
1/4 c Sugar
1/4 c White Vinegar

Heat dressing ingredients until sugar melts. Chill. Pour over vegetables and stir to mix.
