Chili Powder

If you can't find salt free chili powder ... or if you just like experimenting ... you can easily make your own. Vary the amount of cayenne to match your own idea of how hot chili should be.

3 T Paprika
2 t Oregano
1 t Cumin
1 t Turmeric
1 t Garlic Powder
1/4 t Cayenne

Mix well and store in an airtight container.
