Chicken Tenders

As good as any fast food restaurant ... and a lot lower in sodium and fat.Cut chicken in strips. Combine flour, cornmeal and spices. Roll chicken first in egg, then in flour mixture. Repeat. Place chicken on baking sheet sprayed with non-stick vegetable oil spray. Spray chicken with spray until all flour is moistened. Bake at 350 until done, 20-30 minutes, turning once.

1 lb Boneless Chicken Breasts, Cut In Strips
1/4 c Egg Substitute
1/4 c Flour
1/4 c Cornmeal
1/2 t Black Pepper
1 t Seasoned UnSalt,(See Separate Recipe)
1/4 t Poultry Seasoning
