Chicken Alfredo 2

Kaye sent this recipe in. She comments that for the tomatoes, you could also use oven baked cherry tomatoes or sun-dried tomatoes, but that the latter would probably add more sodium

2 boneless chicken breasts, cut in chunks
1/2 c Tomato,chopped
1 c mushrooms,sliced
2 ea garlic,minced
2 T dried basil
1 sl Low Sodium Bacon,Cooked And Crumbled
8 oz No Salt Added Tomato Sauce
2 T Parmesan
4 oz Half & Half

Saute the chicken in olive oil until browned. Turn chicken and add tomato, mushrooms, and garlic and cook on medium heat until the mushrooms start to darken. Add basil, bacon, tomato sauce, and Parmesan. Heat on low for 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Add half-and-half to mixture. Mix well. Serve over pasta.
