Buffalo Chicken Thighs


A maindish version of Buffalo chicken wings, using grilled thighs instead.

5 Chicken Thighs,Skinned
2 T Unsalted Margarine
3 T Tabasco
2 T White Vinegar

Grill thighs over medium coals, turning frequently, until done, about 30 minutes. Melt butter in small saucepan, add the Tabasco and white vinegar. place chicken in a large zipper baggie. Pour mixture over the chicken, seal and shake to coat. Remove, allowing extra sauce to drain.
