Beef Paprikash

The origin of this meal is Hungarian. It's the kind of slow-cooker meal that greats you with a wonderful aroma with you return home from work. Stick a loaf of bread in the bread machine on timed bake and you have an instant dinner.

1 1/2 lb Round Steak,Cubed
4 Potatoes,Cut In 3/4" Pieces
1 c Frozen Pearl Onions
1/4 c Flour
1 T Paprika
1/2 t Black Pepper
1/4 t Caraway Seed
2 c Low Sodium Beef Broth
1 c Frozen Peas,No Salt Added
1/2 c Sour Cream

Add beef, potatoes, onions, flour and spices to slow cooker. Pour beef broth over. Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours. Stir in peas and sour cream. Cover and cook on low about 15 minutes longer, until peas are tender.

Yield: 6 Servings
