Banana Raisin Bread


This makes a great breakfast bread. I like it with toasted with a little no salt added peanut butter and a drizzle of honey, but I'll leave it up to you how (and if) to make it more tasty and less healthy.

3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons water
1/2 cup mashed ripe banana
3 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons yeast
1/2 cup raisins

Place all ingredients except raisins in bread machine in order specified by manufacturer. Process on white bread cycle. Add raisins at the beep or 5 minutes before the end of the kneading cycle.
