3/4 c Sugar Combine sugar, flour cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix with apples. Heap in pastry lined 9 inch pie plate. Dot with margarine. Add top crust and seal edges. Cut vents in top. Bake at 425 until crust is browned and apples are tender, 50 to 60 minutes.
