Apple Crunch

An easy to put together apple dessert that satisfies without having too much fat or sugar.

4 Apple,Peeled, Cored & Chopped
1/2 c Sugar
1 t Cinnamon
1 T Unsalted Margarine
1/2 c Flour
1/2 c Sugar
1 t Sodium Free Baking Powder
1 T Unsalted Margarine
1/4 c Egg Substitute

Mix apples, 1/2 cup of sugar and cinnamon; place in a greased 8x8 baking dish. Dot with butter. Mix remaining ingredients for topping and pour over apples. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes.
