Apple Cider Frosting

Didn't I just tell you that you didn't need frosting for those cupcakes? OK, for those who didn't believe me, try this one.

1/4 c Unsalted Margarine,Softened
2 c Confectioner's Sugar
3 T Apple Cider

Beat together margarine, sugar and cider until smooth. Add more cider if necessary to make frosting of spreading consistency.
