Apple Butter Muffins

Sweet enough to eat without adding anything on them.

2 c Flour
1 T Sodium Free Baking Powder
5 T Unsalted Butter
2 T Sugar
1 Egg,Beaten
1/2 c Skim Milk
6 T Apple Butter
2 T Brown Sugar
1 T Flour
1/4 t Cinnamon

Combine flour, baking powder and sugar in a mixing bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Combine egg, milk and 2 tablespoons of the apple butter. Stir until just moistened. Spoon into 12 paper lined or greased muffin pans, Top each with 1 teaspoon of the apple butter. Combine brown sugar, flour and cinnamon and sprinkle over top. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes.
